This Cookie Policy explains how ZozoEats (Zozo Technology Limited) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) when you use our website and apps. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. “Local storage” is a similar technology your browser uses to remember information. We use both to keep the Service working, keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
We only use strictly necessary cookies and storage needed to operate ZozoEats. We do not use advertising or third‑party tracking/analytics cookies. Because these are essential to provide the Service you requested, they don’t require consent — but we show a banner so you’re informed.

Our maps use OpenStreetMap tiles to show restaurant, delivery and driver locations. Loading map tiles may involve requests to the tile provider but does not set advertising cookies.
You can accept or choose “Essential only” in our cookie banner. You can also clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly‑necessary cookies may stop you from signing in or keeping items in your basket.
